Visited today for the first time, we’ll definately return as the food was delicious. Initially came because we’d seen their weekly specials advertised which included mozzarella in caruzzo, which hardly anywhere serves, we weren’t disappointed! OH had steak in au poive sauce, which he was very happy with, good quality steak and a good sauce, I had the lasagne, one of the nicest lasagnes I’ve had in years, just disappointed that I couldn’t finish it all. Lovely wine and excellent service, highly recommend and will be back to try more of the menu
Good to be back at Vincenzos following a long absence after Covid. A warm welcome from Barbara as usual on New Year 's Eve when I visited with friends from Nottingham. Their second visit by request! Two of us opted for the risotto, 'Feather and Fin ' as a main course. I have to say, Nicki, it was the best seafood risotto we have ever eaten, absolutely delicious. With starters and plenty of wine for the three of us the bill was, as ever, modest to say the least. Keep up the good work!
Small Italian with a nice layout and ambience. Staff very friendly and a wide range of options on the menu, for vegetarians too which is a great perk! Portion sizes good and food alright could’ve done with a bit more sauce (in calzone and on pasta) rather than a mash up of vegetables with minimal sauce. Service was a bit slow for not being the busiest either. Glad to have been.
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and we love it!! All the usual pizza/pasta favourites, but they also do a smashing range of 2 and 3 course bistro dishes featuring favourites like fish n chips and sausage and mash. Very reasonably priced. Not on the main road, but easy to find, next to Trewhitt road community centre definitely worth a visit if you’re in Heaton…

Had an absolutely beautiful lunch from the Bistro Menu. Everything was extremely tasty and fresh. It’s a long time since I visited here as I moved away from the area and to be honest, it’s the best meal that I have had in a long while. Excellent value, I honestly don’t know how they can provide this standard of food for the money that they charge. Lovely staff too.
Vincenzo's is a real gem. Tucked away, just off Chillingham Road, always friendly and always serving excellent food. Mostly Italian, not just pizzas and Pasta, but also excellent meat and fish dishes, plus, of course, desserts.
Delicious affordable food, friendly atmosphere. Always pop in when we are back in newcastle! Never had a had experience here. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended. Nearly worth it for the Italian iced tea cocktail alone!
Simply our favourite place! We’ve been coming here every month for about two years now and we’d never change. Atmosphere as beautiful as the food. Couldn’t recommend any higher.
