I've visited this restaurant twice, and the food is amazing. The interior decor is stunning and really transports you to a ranch in Mexico. They offer a variety of refreshing natural juices, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed right in front of you using ripe oranges. The birria tacos are absolutely delicious! The guacamole served with the freshly made chips is incredibly addictive—you'll definitely want to go back for more. If you’re in Central Islip or nearby, I highly recommend visiting Viva Mexico to experience some authentic Mexican cuisine.
The service was excellent, but my guest's quesadillas appeared dry. The Mexican dish was chewy, and although they exchanged it for me, it was still disappointing and lacked flavor. The guacamole was decent but could have used a bit more lemon and a pinch of salt. Unfortunately, the salsa was tasteless. The only highlight of the meal was the beer, which I enjoyed.
I visited viva Mexico restaurant for the first time for dinner I tried tacos, tacos were delicious, I have tried tacos before but not like this. I truly recommend this place, place look amazing with Méxican decorations you feel like you are in Mexico, very colorful. I will definitely recommend this place and will come back to this place again with family!
This is one of the best places to eat! My wife and I visit regularly. We typically order a pitcher to share and like to try something new each time. The food is authentic, and absolutely amazing!
