Dieses Restaurant habe ich in bester Erinnerung aus meiner Jugend, als ich die Schule auf dem Zugerberg besucht hab. Auch die Male danach, als ich dort war, war immer alles top.So etwas unfreundliches, unflexibels und so nicht leckeres Essen hab ich schon lange nicht mehr in der Schweiz erlebt. Null Corona konform sie nehmen nicht mal die Kontaktdaten auf. Völlig desinteressiertes Personal.Sehr sehr traurig um diese hübsche Stube die ich mal in so guter Erinnerung hatte.
If the restaurant is busy, you need a lot of patience! Or am I wrong and a wait of over an hour for a simple salad with cheesecake is ok??? In the restaurant you can see up close how the chef turns in the red zone and shouts at his staff. A very “special” guest experience. You feel really comfortable. A pity! In short, I recommend taking food from your backpack for your next visit to the Zugerberg.
Das Essen und die Bedienung waren ok. Der Wirt/Koch trug aber nicht unbedingt zur guten Stimmung bei (schnauzte die Angestellten laut an oder ärgerte sich lauthals über Bestellungs-Änderungen). So geht das nicht. Das Lokal wäre zwar heimelig, aber zu Corona-Zeiten zu eng.
Wenn sie für die platzzuweisung, bestellung und bezahlung sehr lange warten möchten, sind sie in diesem restaurant goldrichtig. Schade für die schöne location. Book a table now
The cheese fondue here is unsurpassed. Just perfect. Food is solid and plentiful and tasty as good old Swiss cuisine best. Also great wines and spirits.
Since the service was rather unfriendly and grumpy, after ordering drinks we decided not to eat there and went to another restaurant in town for lunch.
We pretty much got one of everything and it was all exceptional. Gorgeous atmosphere. Who doesn't want to eat on top of a mountain?
