I had came in here Monday night after a busy day trying to get a quick meal for my family I came in for two steak bowls and one chicken bowl. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes the cashier kept going back and forth about how they didn 't have steak but they did have steak and couldn 't make up his mind he gave the person in front of me his order of steak and then when it was my turn he looks at me and says there is no steak. I look behind him at the grill and they clearly have steak on the grill I asked him what about that and he said that the manager said that that meat is for online orders and that the manager would be there in 10 to 20 minutes with cooked steak from somewhere else....
By far the worst waba grill restaurant. Not only are their bowls way overpriced compared to other locations, but I paid $40 for mostly white stale rice. I had ordered the steak chicken bowl but was given half veggies half meat. The meat was thin and dryand it tasted like beef jerky. I had about 4 bites of the meat then the rest was rice filled to the top of the bowl. I?m reallyupset on how this was suppose my family?s meal of the day and I paid $40 for 3 full bowl of stale rice. The veggies were givenby mistake as well. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Expensive and cheap quality food and from the looks of the reviewsthey have been scamming people for months.
The bowl was overpriced it costed me $16 and all i get is a small piece of salmon and rice in a small bowl and they didn?t asked if i wanted any sauce but, the employee asked the guy next to me if he wanted sauce. It makes me feel like i need to speakSpanish in order to get what i paid for because i saw the guys food is more plentiful and is exactly like what i ordered but,all i got was small amount of salmon with rice. I wouldn?t recommend going here. They?re prejudice here and call non hispanicsor Latinos Chinga
I have been to this Waba Grill location about three times. On one visit, there were fruit flies swarming around the sauce dispensers and condiment containers. The biggest concern was that the cook was not wearing a mask, even though there was a sign clearly stating masks were required beyond the counter. While I appreciate the efforts to enforce safety measures, it was very disappointing and off-putting to see the person preparing my food not following the rules. I noticed this on two separate visits.

I enjoy eating at the restaurant but my problem is this location in particular because my order was a take out and yet I have to make time to get in line to fill my little cups with hot sauce and waba sauce only because they don?t have any to go singlesauce packets. The cashier was rude about me asking for the packets, just unprofessional.
My daughter went to apply for this position and she spoke to Jose. This restaurant does not follow protocol, very unprofessional no leader and the franchise manager don?t care what happens in this location. I will be emailing the cooperate with otherrelated issues and the health department as well
I used to visit this Waba Grill often since I live nearby, but today Michael was rude to me. When I mentioned his behavior, he went on to ask new customers if he had been rude to them as well. I won’t be coming back.
Waba Grill offers fresh salads with a wide variety of dressings. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and always has plenty of seating. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff are very friendly.

Maria is honestly the true definition of a great manager she is so attentive and fast! I love this waba for great quality and great customer service. Definitely my go to spot for my lunch break!
It is not bad. The food is tasty but it is somewhat of a generic teriyaki style of food. The food is pretty filling for what you pay for. But certainly not the most unique food choice.
