The female employee with the spider tattoo on her neck was incredibly rude. She didn't greet anyone and instead barked at customers to take their orders. Her attitude was unfriendly, even towards the delivery driver who came in to drop off a package! She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her just by trying to place an order. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I won't be returning to this Waba Grill. She would be better suited in the kitchen, as a customer service role is meant to represent the restaurant positively. Unfortunately, her behavior can tarnish the establishment's image. Thumbs down!
Today was the first time that I actually ordered from this waba location because it wasn't actually closed like the previous times I came for dinner. The location was dead and the cashier was violet or jasmine since both names appear on the receipt. She took my order quickly and the food was ready quickly, but it went down hill when I asked for condiments. The way she reacted made me feel like I was bothering her. I asked for onions and since the containers had such a little amount I asked for two more. It literally felt like she was moving like the sloths at the dmv in the zootopia movie. Last time I come to this location.
Very clean and the workers are so friendly. I first tried their Chicken salad. So plentiful. Next time I brought a friend and we split a salmon bowl and a salad. We still had leftovers. Brown rice and wild salmon are both healthy for you and delicious! Itis hard to find wild salmon at this price! LOVE this place! ????

I celebrated my birthday last night at this excellent restaurant. Now we had an enormous evening and the restaurant was certainly one of the reasons for this excellent evening. The crew contributed sweetly, the cooking was great and my mates were very happy. We will certainly return for more events. Thank you.
My food was delicious very fresh! The whole team was very friendly and always kept a smile! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My server today Was Erica G. I ordered and when i went to wash my hands the food was at my table! THANK YOU WABA TEAM!
I decided to stop by and try Waba Grill. The establishment is nice and Adriana greeted me as soon as I approached the counter. She was friendly, courteous, which made for a very pleasant visit.
Why do you guys offer ?curbside pick up? ? if the phone is always busy and the workers looks so miserable that they don?t even wanna do curbside pick up.

The staff at this location is excellent. Adriana and Adela were great during my lunch visit.
