Store employees often do NOT care to get your order correct. Had to complain several times and now they get it right about 90% of the time. Was trying hard to accept that I can't get what I pay for but today's lack of accountability was appalling and thefinal straw. There are signs in the window stating a mask is required due to COVID. However, none of the employees wereenforcing the rule. The cashier attempted to tell me she was not aware of the rule even though she must past the sign on thefront window every time she comes to work. All of the staff were wearing mask from behind plastic counter shielding. So as acustomer, I should be subjected to adverse conditions just to get a chicken bow...

All employees wore mask from behind the plastic counter shielding. Like a customer, under adverse conditions, I should only get a chicken bowl that is made to my taste only 90% of the time...
I love WaBa Grill their tofu, rice, and veggie bowl is great, BUT do not go to the one on Sierra in Fontana. They do not know how to cook tofu, and the employees are horrible. They look upset. I ordered one night, called them because they burned my tofu? and the employee said to go the next day, so I did. When I arrived the manager made a strange face as if I were lying, BUT then he made the tofu and also burned the heck out if it. I told him he burned it again and he looked upset. Never apologized for the inconvenience, so at that point I asked for a refund and just told him that they didn't know how to cook tofu SMH who eats burnt tofu?!
I came in just to get a side order of the delicious steak, plus free dumplings for doing the survey on a previous receipt. The food was ready in just a couple minutes! The whole trip was quick and easy, the food was great, and I got another survey on the receipt to get more free dumplings next time. Only reason it's rated 4 is because last time a friend got takeout for us and the restaurant didn't include the extra veggies that he paid for.

Fabulous choices at Waba Grill, I tried the Sweet n Spicy Chicken Combo, choice of protein/rice bowl, side dish several to choose from, I tried the loaded chicken miso soup, fountain drink included. Price is very reasonable. Food fresh, hot, ice colddrink.
Outstanding customer service! It was my first time at Waba Grill, and the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my meal selections. I would absolutely give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10 and can't wait to return!
Food amazing buy the young lady at the counter was rude not friendly wouldn't even smile maybe she was having a bad day but regardless if someone thanks you acknowledgement at least
