I must say, the Jimmy Johnson Waffle House was quite clean. My friend and I visited last Sunday before noon. There was a slim African lady at the entrance with a clipboard who was very organized and greeted us with a lovely smile. However, while waiting, I noticed a rather unappealing waitress; she resembled the character Precious from the movie. She was wearing torn shoes, and her feet appeared quite unkempt, which was not pleasant to see. Waffle House never disappoints. I grew up in the south in North Carolina, so coming to Waffle House is a tradition we do each time we visit in the south where they have one .The food doesn’t disappoint, what I always get is called the Allstar Breakfast. You get a waffle of whatever your choosing is and either sausage or bacon, toast and your choice of what type of egg style you want. It comes with hasbrowns which is pigs in a blanket.I have never had a problem with Waffle House. Never gotten sick from their food or never said I’m not coming back here again. Excellent service and food. I ordered and my food was ready within five minutes. The service staff was consistent and checked on me regularly. I had a frustrating experience trying to place an order over the phone. They didn't answer at first, and when they finally did after multiple calls, I was left waiting on hold for nearly 15 minutes without anyone returning to take my order. The customer service is extremely disappointing!
Great service Erin was very was our waitress today and she was beyond our expectation. The food was freshly made and delious. All the staff was very friendly attentive. Will be coming back soon

This was my first time trying the Texas bacon patty melt plate, and I can't wait to have it again! The service was quick, and the food was excellent. Definitely a 5/5!
