I have gone here to this restaurant a couple of times and their FOOD is EXTREMELY FRESH and DELICIOUS the server Paul is great he is very well spoken and welcoming the restaurant feels as if you stepped into Thailand with the sounds of the music and paintings in the restaurant as well as very helpful when it comes to the spicy they have spicy Thai spicy is soooo super hot but DELICIOUS so fare warning if your not ready for that spice stick to the lower levels of spicy lol ? Paul is great at communicating all the cuisines on the menu. I really enjoyed this location so much I went back the next day as well! The food is really going to be standard but it was well prepared, in a timely manner and was perfect! The service was by far the best from any waffle house in clay co! It was early morning (3-4am) a gentleman (shall I say dude) was at the counter upon my entering and he was yelling profanity and calling the cook outside his name. The cook was completely professional, did his best to difuse the situation and make sure I wasn't offended by the other man's disrespect and rudeness. Well, the owner was so friendly she greeted me right away, gave me a hug and stuff and the food was great. Great service they tell you what they have in the food and stuff so I recommended everyone’s come to Mae Thai cuisine.
