Waffle House in Ellenwood, AnvilBlock.I am given this one star review because of the employee Tay or Tate. A young lady that may have just started by her actions. Due to her the line was being held up. I placed my order online at 7:48 AM. It said be there by 8:21 AM for pick up. I arrived at that time my order was not ready. The only person who knew about it was Tate, and when I asked her, she looked at he paper huffed and puffed and put the paper back down. I didn’t think that meant anything until 15 minutes later I heard a gentleman call in my order and then say, “OK Tay I called in your online order.” Now my order is being created after I sat there for 15 minutes waiting patiently. I'm leaving this review strictly for the ONE GUY who is currently in Waffle House by himself. A sweetheart who's working every single job ALONE but only getting paid for one position. Give this man a RAISE!! If I was getting food for myself, I would've stayed. He apologized and it's not even his fault that the servers won't show up smh. Thank you to the sweetheart with the locs. Make sure you get recognized for your hard work but again, don't work too hard. You holding it down solo. ???
Great Service! Felt a positive energy when I walked in. Sometimes you can feel when the service will be unacceptable like the WH I went to in Ellenwood before coming to this one. Friendly staff!!
This location in Ellenwood,GA we will return, food was good the service was great. We had a great Server name Mike who was friendly, attentive and funny. I definitely recommend this location.
