We have just experienced what has to be one of our best visits to Wagamama (and we eat there a lot). Our waiter, Dan, greeted us like he’d taken on the role of Dungeon Master. He was funny, engaging, great with the kids. They actually made him a thank you card out of the paper menus. All the food was hot and delicious and they didn’t skimp on the tofu in the Raisukaree as other branches do. The meals came out within a few minutes of each other. It was all so quick and easy. If you’re reading this Dan, you made our night!
We have been coming here for years with very few complaints. When there have been complaints they have been addressed beautifully. We visited on the last two Thursdays and I have to thank the chefs for cooking to their usual high standard but also to the servers. We especially want to mention Daniel and Amelia who always go the extra mile. With a smile and such a positive attitude to diners. They both make visiting Wagamama Bournemouth an even better experience. Thank you to both of you.
My family and I have been coming here for years we usually have no complaints but I have to say this time, the staff weren’t great on the whole. We got walked past a few times after attempting to get somebody’s attention. We have to send our squid starter back as it was over cooked. But, in all the years we’ve been customers this is the first negative we’ve had! It is a wonderful place with great food bar a couple of mistakes, despite this, I will always still recommend wagamamas.
We came for dinner as a treat for the first day back at school/work after the summer off. The food was beautiful but a couple of issues came up, at the end of our meal I had spoke to Jet. He couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the problem. Thank you

First Visit here since the refurb which has extended the seating area. A great venue with good prompt service and lovely food A short walk from the beach so you can walk it off
Came for dinner with my partner and the food was awesome as always. We were served by a friendly blonde waitress who did a great job. Thanks we will be back!
Good food and very energetic service. Shout out to the guy who didn’t drop our edamame beans and looks like our chemistry teacher.
