In the Chinese restaurant in the Chinese district, more than half of the waiters inside do not speak Chinese. I discovered this restaurant through TikTok and knew I had to visit while I was in town. It was my first experience at a hot pot restaurant, and it did not disappoint. All the cuts of Wagyu were incredible, especially the Japanese Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, which was wonderfully buttery and smooth. The Wagyu clear sauce complemented it perfectly. I was a little let down that they didn’t have the Golden Cow like at their Las Vegas location, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. The atmosphere, the service, and especially the food were exquisite. Even though it was my first experience with hot pot, which can be very daunting, Joyce, our server, was very helpful and made the experience (which seems like the main selling point of hot pot) a pleasant one I am sure to remember for years to come.
