The menu located on the back wall is not fixed, making it difficult to see all the offerings at first glance, especially for those who wear glasses. It can be challenging to get a clear idea of the menu during a visit, aside from the evident scones, cakes, and sweet pastries near the entrance. The service is slow, but the staff is attentive and pleasant, standing out from other supermarket cafés. Unfortunately, a queue quickly forms, causing irritation. The recent renovation is very well executed. The café was very pleasant and relaxing during my visit. There is a wide selection of products available at competitive prices. The new JL store has a very interesting and modern look. Everything appears to have settled down nicely after the renovation and grand opening.

The team members at this restaurant are truly impressive, especially Denise, who went above and beyond to help me find a product I couldn't locate. Denise was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was immaculately clean, fresh, and organized. Kudos to Waitrose for a job well done.

I had a fantastic experience at Waitrose! Since the renovation, everything looks clean, modern, and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful as always. I was impressed by the new café that is now open daily. Great job Waitrose, a definite success!

Very well laid out store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of produce, reasonably priced. Large car park. Try them out.
