We had already reserved a table three months ago for a family dinner together at Christmas. When we arrived shortly before the reserved time, the table was not yet free and the waitress' comment was that she couldn't do it now, she had to seat us at two tables. Great, this is how you imagine a family Christmas dinner. When we pointed out that we wanted to sit together, she said there was nothing she could do about it. That’s it for us on the topic of Schützenhaus. We had a delicious meal somewhere else.
Have been here several times and always been completely satisfied, very friendly service, there is also water for the dog. Definitely try the super delicious cake. There is still room for improvement regarding vegetarian dishes and selection.
The Schützenhaus is highly recommended in both summer and winter! In summer there is a great atmosphere on the beautiful roof terrace with a view! The service was great every time, very friendly, the food was delicious, no long waiting times!
The food isn't bad even though I was disappointed with the currywurst. The shop isn't exactly comfortable and is way too loud. Unfortunately, communication at normal volume is not possible. The tables are also very narrow.
