To start with, by the way I am 46 and had never been to Disney World, we decided to use the valet services. Never done it before and I’m a disabled veteran. The cast members were very nice, very accommodating, very helpful! The Beach Club was absolutely amazing, I’m not an engineer or anything like that. You could tell a lot of thought and planning went into the design, very beautiful inside, really loved the architecture. We were so amazed, especially at how the inside was set up, from the location of the front desk all the way through to outside. The Cape May cafe was beautiful. Oh I almost forgot there is this scent that puts your mind at ease with almost like you’re actually at the beach...
Finally made it back to Beaches Cream!!!I had not been in ages, before the renovation actually. So, I was excited to see the expanded and refreshed location. Love the size, they for sure needed a larger venue to accommodate the demand. I do feel like they took away the soda shop feel, it is still very pretty but not the same feel it had.We did not have reservations and used the join walk-up list feature in the My Disney Experience app. The app advertised a 10-minute wait and that is just about what we waited, so kudos for nailing that. I had the pleasure of visiting Beaches and Cream at Disneyworld recently, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only is the ice cream delicious and the atmosphere charming, but the service was truly outstanding, thanks in large part to our server, Courtney.From the moment we arrived, Courtney greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. We took our boys to visit Disney World for the first time and were able to squeeze a reservation in (hard to get) at Beaches and Cream. The food was great but the service was even better. Our waiter, Matt (from Arkansas), was incredible and truly made the dinner an experience. He was so on top of everything and extremely patient with our wild kids. At the end of our dinner we asked for milk for one of our friends toddlers bottle and his response was 'of course, did you need at a certain temperature? This is a fantastic place to visit, located in a beautiful resort. I highly recommend making a reservation. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious, with quick service to boot. It's definitely worth experiencing at least once. The shakes are large and perfect for sharing. I would absolutely return here. The kids especially loved the ice cream, making it a very family-friendly environment.
I ordered the brownie sundae and a plain burger. The pickles and tomatoes were fresh, and the fries were thick-cut, which I enjoyed. The service was quick and attentive. However, I found the ice cream to be very airy and not particularly creamy, while the brownie was quite dense and a bit tough. Given the prices—over $40 for just a burger and a brownie shake—I don't think I'll be returning.
We couldn't secure a reservation, but we managed to grab two walk-in seats. The small sundaes were generous enough to be shared between two to three people. Everything else we tried was fantastic as well, especially the chili cheese tots—they're the best I've ever had!
I highly recommend trying the vegan chili cheese tater tots at this restaurant! The burger is also delicious, topped with a balsamic onion jam. They also have a variety of vegan ice cream options available.
