Been at least 50x and tonight was absolutely horrible. Let’s start with the fact they didn’t have any of the beverages we ordered. Ordered a bottle of wine and brought the wrong one, then they didn’t have the one we ordered and opened a much more expensive bottle without asking. Appetizer had hardly any of the sauce it should have, asked for more. Soy sauce was out. Ordered and never saw anyone again to check on us until after a long wait it arrived cold. True that sushi should be cold but my dish was terrible, soggy, over saturated with spice and the shrimp were way overcooked with the poop hanging out. Nasty. This is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. I will travel from Saint Stephen again and again just to come to this location. Even just to serve me water out of a wine glass made me feel good. The food was prepared with love. Our waiter he was smooth. Nice tone of voice, and called you boss. Thank you for great service. And by the way we were greeted as soon as we entered the establishment.
Largely unimpressed. The food was very average and underwhelming and the portions are rather modest compared to the price. The drinks were so over poured that we couldn't even drink them. But the worst part was the service. Our server only came by the table to take our orders and drop the bill. Never offered refills on our water or checked on the food.

Having been at the other locations I was disappointed that they served Hibachi but that the food was actually cooked in a kitchen. There were 7 of us and then another group of 7 and another family with like 5 kids. I felt we had to shout or get up and move around to have conversation with anyone.
I do not recommend this place. The food quality is poor and to go order was completely wrong. I called to speak with the manager that had no idea how to handle a customer concern. There are MANY better choices in the area to eat.
We order sushi ? from here a few times a month. We always enjoy it the baked crab roll is my favorite. But everything is great. Not as good as Nobu in New York City but very good and enjoyable.
I wound up EXTREMELY sick after eating here which RUINED the rest of our trip. Seafood here is NOT cleaned.
