Watergardens - Table reservation

Attended with a party of 11 my grandmothers 82rd birthday. First time at the venue on recommendation of friends due to kids play area. Upon arrival and payment observed Seniors card discount sign on counter, questioned staff member in relation to pensioner discount who stated sniors has to have Seniors card! Explained 82 years old, discount applies to seniors, she wanted to see card which my grandmother couldnt locate, turns out staff member was the bistro manager! Manager happy to argue about seniors card and said she is just doing her job, Should do a 1 day course in customer management, happy to pay full price but venue will loose out on customers as a result of a petty discount that was...

A+ Absolutely fantastic, now this is an all you can eat place well worth the money, this place was far beyond my expectations, Very warm welcoming staff upon entering, everything was bright clean, food tasted fresh great. Highly recommended for friends, family outings gatherings. Well done guys, keep up the good work.
