This restaurant is near my sister’s house, and she’s a big fan of their food. Every order I’ve placed has been consistently excellent! The portions are ample, and the flavors are outstanding. Their Broccoli Cheese Bites are the best I’ve ever tasted. The Ham Cheese Panini is mouthwatering, and the rest of the menu is equally impressive. The phone staff are always friendly and eager to help, especially when I have questions about new dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something delicious!
I was in the area for work and had a craving for pizza. Waterloo definitely delivers a fantastic pizza! I ordered and paid online, and they promised it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I walked in, my order was indeed ready right on time. I also tried some wings, which were really tasty, although I found the "hot" flavor to be milder than expected, despite requesting extra heat. Overall, my experience was a solid 9.9 out of 10.
I have been coming here for 17 years and it's so good. I don't just say that as a local. I have traveled the entire country for years and there is only one place I like more in New Mexico as far as takeout pizza goes. This place has fresh dough and amazing crust. There's something about how greasy it is too and I'm a pretty healthy person. It literally doesn't get better than this for cheap takeout.
I've been enjoying Waterloo pizza for over 20 years, so I was disappointed when the previous owners sold the business. At first, I was concerned that the pizza might change under new management, but I’m happy to say that it hasn’t! The delicious taste I've loved for two decades remains. Definitely deserving of 5 stars—I'll be ordering again soon!

I've loved this restaurant for over 20 years, but it's become absolutely disappointing. During my last visit, I waited 90 minutes for my food, and this time it took over 2 hours. They misled me about the delivery time and didn’t offer any real solutions, aside from waiving the delivery fee. To top it off, they got my entire order wrong.

I was a little worried at first that the pizza might be different under new management, but it isn't whatsoever! The same greattaste that I am accustomed to after 2 decades. 5 stars will order again soon!

I enjoyed an amazing Italian cheesesteak that was truly delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly come back for more fantastic meals. Thank you!
