Wawa is a mix of a gas station with a takeout restaurant. This Wawa is located in Mango, FL on the intersection of MLK Boulevard and Mango Road. The interior of the store is typical of a Wawa, and the staff is quite good. Now, it?s time for the food. I gota double cheeseburger with fries and cheese sauce. The burger itself was juicy and flavorful. Exceeded my expectations. However,the fries were just okay, and the cheese sauce felt like a waste of calories. However, I love Wawa and would come back. Theyhave a great variety of food, ranging from sandwiches, Mac and cheese, smoothies, and even burritos.
I had a disappointing experience at Wawa. The customer service in the food department was lacking. I ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla, but instead received a veggie quesadilla. The staff were rude and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me when I politely inquired about my order. Now, I can't even eat what I received because it was completely incorrect. I’m baffled at how they mixed up veggie and buffalo chicken! Additionally, no one answers the phone when you try to call. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
Stopped in for a quick coffee and discovered the the new Autumn Pumpkin carafe was not fresh, and slightly cold. Gavin did not hesitate for a second by immediately offering to brew some fresh!! Less than 5 minutes later, I was on my way with a reeeeallygood hot Pumpkin Spice ish Coffee. *Hint Try the French Vanilla Creamer in the Pumpkin brew, holy cow you guys...sooooogood!! Thank you again Gavin, you are AWESOME!!
This is the second time this week that I've ordered two sandwiches, and they haven't been prepared correctly. Yesterday, I ordered a BLT and only received bacon and tomato—no lettuce and no mayonnaise. I thought a BLT was supposed to have bacon, lettuce, and tomato! I won't be ordering sandwiches from here again. I'm from New Jersey and love Wawa, but not at this location.

I might have to find a spot in their parking lot if they don't open their bathrooms soon. They've been closed for cleaning for over an hour—how long does it take to clean a single-stall bathroom? And why close it when people are heading to work in the morning? Does this place even have a manager?
