One stormy night, I decided to order through Uber Eats, getting a pepperoni pizza, two subs for the next day’s lunch, and two donuts for dessert. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived half misshapen with no pepperoni, the sub was completely wrong, and the donuts were not the ones I ordered. I went back to the store feeling frustrated. However, a girl named Mariha, who was restocking, saw that I had been waiting for 5-10 minutes but didn’t offer to help. She apologized for the wait, and when I asked why she didn’t assist, she said she was busy stocking the store. She then became argumentative when I asked her not to argue with me. We ordered hoagies on Saturday night to take to a concert, but my order was completely wrong, including mayo I didn’t ask for and missing toppings. My boyfriend returned on Monday to get a replacement, but the order was again incorrect. When I contacted the Wawa at Starkey and Ulmerton in Largo to report the issue, Manager Ashley told me that incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours for a refund or replacement. Despite explaining the situation, Ashley neither apologized nor offered any compensation. This poor customer service was disappointing and has made us look for a different hoagie spot. The management’s attitude at this Wawa location fell short of expectations.
When a person pays at the pump for fuel, I should not have to walk inside wait in a long line because I have to have my receipt for work it's not fair any way shape or form, it takes up my time because they don't do their job and all I got was a bunch ofexcuses useless excuses and do you think they sent somebody out to fix it right away and put paper in it NO!!!!! It's like theywant you to walk in the store hoping that you'll buy something cuz you're in there. There are too many other places to buy gasthat'll provide the service that people like myself need to go on with my day it should be about the customer not about them

When paying for fuel at the pump, it is frustrating to have to walk inside and wait in a long line just to get a receipt for work. It feels unfair and a waste of time. The staff at the gas station seemed to not be doing their job properly, making excuses and not fixing the issue right away. It seems like they want customers to come inside the store in the hopes of making additional purchases. There are many other gas stations that provide better service and prioritize customer needs over their own convenience.
Any time I come to this Wawa, I get great service. I love Wawa and I loved working for them when I did work there. This location is usually out of what I want when I get there but they always make sure I'm okay with whatever they offer to replace it with.I'm glad they go out of their way to make their customers happy, and that's what I love about Wawa.
Gentlemen working the food counter at the moment gave my doordash driver a TERRIBLE time just because I asked her to check if all my food was in the bag. (it wasn?t, as per usual. I?m very glad she checked!!! There?s zero reason to swear at the doordashdrivers who are picking up YOUR slack :
