I don't ever write reviews, but, after the experience I just had with this specific station, I felt I needed to write one. To make a long story short, I had bought a burger and some fries for dinner. The fries were fine, but, I had clumsily dropped the burger on the ground. I threw it away and planned on leaving with just the fries as I did not bring enough cash with me to buy another meal, but, one of the employees making the food who saw me drop it, stopped me and insisted on making another burger for me free of charge. They did not need to do that for me at all so it made my night and i really hope they dont get in trouble for that because that's the type of employees you would want worki...
As someone who works in the food industry, I consider myself quite patient. However, I found it frustrating when they called out two sandwiches that weren't even mine—sandwiches they had just made—before finally announcing my panini, which had been waiting there for five minutes. They saw me standing there waiting patiently, yet they chose to serve others first.
Overall, my experience tonight was quite disappointing. I feel that this location was a waste of my time and money, and I definitely won't be returning.
Manager Justin is a great guy the employees here are also very nice. I locked my keys in my car along with my phone and Justin in particular was very helpful. I was already having a bad day Justins help really made me feel calm during this unfortunate event. I was able to get my keys out of the car with his help and he remained very patient. There are good people out there. I also always enjoy the food here and the employees good attitudes.
The girl behind the counter making food tried to cut up the chicken tenders to make it seem like there was more because she only provided me with two when the meal comes with 3. It’s literally eight dollars for 3 tenders and some mac mash . I should’ve got everything thats supposed to come with it. Food: 1 Service: 1
