My wife often defends the staff at Wawa, suggesting she might just be having an off day or that the machines could be to blame. However, I don’t think that’s the case; it seems she simply isn’t doing her job properly. I used to order the Dragon Fruit Refresher and frequently had to remind her to include the dragon fruit pieces. Now, I’ve developed a new favorite—the special Blackberry Cobbler—but the flavor is barely there, and the caramel drizzle shown in the menu photo is missing. I’m thrilled to announce that this will be MY WAWA when I return to the East Coast USA this autumn! Two years ago, I moved from New Jersey to Michigan, and one of the things I miss most is Wawa. Since retiring, I’ve traveled a lot and made it a point to stop at Wawa whenever I can, whether it’s in Florida or Maine. Today, I visited one of the cleanest and best-stocked locations I’ve ever encountered. The coffee staff was especially friendly and helpful. She greeted me warmly while I poured my coffee and even took the time to show me where the coffee is brewed. Kudos to Wawa! We need more locations like yours across the country. I occasionally visit this Wawa and have never had any issues until now. The staff is generally polite, and I can usually get in and out quickly. However, during my recent visits, I found that the cashier, Jean, has not been very friendly. I'm not sure what has changed, as she was always kind before, but her current attitude has been quite off-putting. These negative experiences have made me feel uncomfortable. I stopped visiting the Bristol location because the deli service was really slow, even when there were only a few customers, including at 1 AM. Now, I've noticed that this location is starting to experience delays as well, with many customers having to wait. However, I did notice that orders placed through DoorDash are processed much faster. It might be a good idea to use that service to avoid the wait.
