The New London Sub Base location is quite disappointing. The staff seems unfamiliar with how to operate the loyalty program and lacks a sense of urgency. The problems with the rewards system have been persistent for years, and I keep receiving the same response from both the location and corporate. This establishment needs significant improvement or should be shut down entirely so that a fast food restaurant with better customer service and a capable team can take its place.
Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices. My friend had a special order on his burger and they stepped out from behind the counter to check with him for clarification on the order, rather than just making an assumption. It was impressively proactive and not the sort of thing you'd see in an ordinary fast food joint. I definitely plan on going back.
Ordered Wayback on my lunch break ordered a Classic Burger and fries , I was expecting it too be a pile of grease. It wasn’t it was a fresh burger with fresh veggies on top . I was impressed good people making fresh fast food and the customer service is was pleasantly they treated me well and took good care of me . Would recommend coming again !
This place is disgusting. My order is always wrong or burnt. I would also like to know when the last time a health inspector visited this place. They have used utensils just sitting on shelves being used over and over again for different orders. The staff also seem like they are just out of it. Book a table now
Over 35min wait for burger and shake out of several items. Less than 10 people in restaurant with 8 of them waiting. Its always like this at the base location, honestly not sure why I ever think it'll be different.
The food was passable, but not something I'd want to eat regularly. The soda tasted diluted, and the fries were overcooked and lacked flavor.
The food is great here, I love the employees, they gave me great service! I would go back a thousand times!
