There’s no doubt that the food at Waz’s Bistrôt is exceptional. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, expertly cooked, and beautifully presented. The flavors explode on the palate—my rare steak was cooked perfectly and accompanied by some of the best chips I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. At times, the music felt a bit loud, but when it switched to accordion and cool jazz, it became much more fitting. I also love the bar along the far wall; it’s a striking feature and really adds character to the space. Waz himself makes a point of visiting guests after the kitchen closes, sharing his passion for food, which truly enhances the experience. Since this is still early days...
