I would like to tell you about my stay with you. This was my third time in this wellness hotel. When I was with you for the first time in 2022 and immediately afterwards for the second time, everything went as expected and even exceeded my expectations. The service was top, the food was great and the massage treatments were perfect. I was given a very warm welcome and treated accordingly. I felt extremely welcome. Unfortunately I can't confirm that this time and it was rather disappointing. What particularly struck me was that a lot of employees were replaced and therefore the quality decreased significantly. Actually my favorite hotel!...we stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time from May 7th to May 12th, 2021. Because we have been very happy with everything so far and felt very comfortable there. Especially since our first trip there together left us with something to remember. The ambience, the service in the restaurant, everything was wonderful except for the moment when damage to the hotel actually occurs, which should be satisfactorily resolved by the management of the hotel. My favorite bikini was still in the basket wrapped in a towel and was accidentally removed by room service. So out of the 5 days I couldn't go to the swimming pool for 2 of them. I was able to experience a pleasant and relaxing stay with you from February 28th, 2024 to March 3rd, 2024. I had very high expectations because I had already been told a lot of good things. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with everything as I expected. Unfortunately, the restaurant's service was very disappointing; we sometimes had to wait 15-20 minutes for the next course. However, when we had Rahel Zimmerli as a server on some days, everything went perfectly and as expected. Rahel was always attentive and extremely friendly. Unfortunately very disappointed with our visit. We visited a few years ago and had a day spa with dinner. Now we have booked Sunday brunch. The brunch was delicious and had a large selection. However, some dishes were very bland and seemed more like filler. Zopf was quickly empty and was only offered again after half an hour. My coffee was terribly sad. The latte macchiato seemed to have been foamed with the coffee and was served with a dirty spoon. The foam was transparent. The spa was completely satisfactory and the massage was great.
