I stopped by this restaurant in the afternoon and received the wrong order. Being a truck driver, I couldn't go back to the restaurant in person, so I called and was told to stop by on my way back. It is now 9:04 and the young lady who took my order in the dining room was very rude, rolling her neck at me when I tried to drive through the drive-thru in my 18-wheeler. The windows on the name tags indicated they were African, but I was unsure.
This honestly is the best Wendy?s in a 100 mile radius. The staff at lunch time has just the friendliest faces and I always feel that southern hospitality when I go there. Every fast food place should have drive thru staff and overall staff like that. They also gave me extra fries with my 4 for 4. They got my back.
Food is good. Just long waiting time. They only ring up 1 customer at a time and then make their food before the next person can order. It's good but they seem to only care about the drive thru service being quick
Food was fresh and hot, I literally burn my mouth, very tasty! They work as fast as possible, especially during lunchtime. I need to work right away. Book a table now
The personality of the young woman running drive thru was awesome! We were pulled up, but it didn't take long to get our food.
