I enjoy dining at this restaurant, but sometimes they mix up their burgers and hot ham and cheese with pancakes. It's quite annoying. The staff could try to smile more. The bathrooms could be checked more frequently. The location is good and a well-crafted establishment. I returned on Wednesday and all the staff were pleasant and smiling. I was surprised by this pleasant change and my food was not mixed up, although it was served in a box which made it hard to mix.
I was impressed by the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detailed information provided by the staff at this restaurant. It was evident that they had received thorough training and were genuinely committed to their work. I will definitely keep this high standard in mind when comparing it to other restaurants, and I would like to commend the three-person crew for a job well done in ensuring the safety and comfort of my dining experience.
Giving them 1 star because I can’t give them any less. This is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. The cashier and the lady bagging the orders were extremely rude. We waited for our food for about 10 to 15 minutes and the food was cold! Both burgers and fries! You’d expect the food to be hot if having to wait a while. Will not be returning to this location!
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly! Hardee’s offers the best food for those craving protein. The flavor is amazing and the service is always top-notch. This is probably the only restaurant in Mount Olive that never gets orders wrong. Even the staff working in the morning are pleasant! Book a table now
My husband and I ordered French toast sticks, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and two chicken biscuits with hash browns this morning. Everything was cold and hard, and our drinks were incorrect. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location in Mt. Olive.
I ordered a simple double cheeseburger with only ketchup and onions, and received a single cheeseburger. The meat patty was not fresh. I went back in to ask for a new burger. Waited about 5 minutes and when I got the new burger the meat patties were again cold and dry.
This Hardee's location is the worst I have ever visited. They frequently get orders wrong and the staff often forgets things. There is no customer service to speak of. I recommend going to Wendy's, Burger King, or another restaurant in town instead.
Cold fries, the only thing hot on the hot dog was the Chili. I assume that at a certain time of day it's get rid of food no matter how it is. Disappointing meal. Book a table now
Took 23 minutes to get our food. Resturant was filled with flys, and the dining area floors were slick with grease.
