I come to this Wendy's, 3-4 times a month, and every time something is wrong or, they mess up my order, not to mention the customer service and staff. Very unprofessional, and I noticed the staff not wearing gloves or washing their hands. Wait tim sometimes is ridiculous when you go inside, because they only focus on the drive-thru customers. I gave it 2 stars for convenience only. If fast food is what your craving and have the means to travel to a different location or a different fast food place altogether, that would be my suggestion.

What is this? They all playing arround, no one uses gloves but one guy, i saw another dude eating a frie out of the place that they have it with no gloves) thank you now i can never eat from wendys again. I mean i know most of this fast food places are like this, but jesus, never saw it this way. You guys are soo derty, the ppl working thetr dont care at all. This was at 5:57pm a tuesday. Wish i could report this but why waste my time more than typing this post.Dont eat there. At least at this location?

Food is good but past 7 months they're either getting wrong sizes of item( we order large sz and were getting medium) and always forget something in our order.I know this is a very busy location but the employees need to take their time to assure orders are 100% correct.We always know there is a wait which I dont mind here and there.But if I'm waiting over 10 minutes(which always range from 5-10 minutes every time) I expect it to all be there no matter if I order 2 items or 20.

If I could rate it, I would. This Wendy's is the worst I've ever experienced. I waited a long time to receive the wrong order. They wasted my money and my time. If you want fresh food, go in the morning when the manager is there. Avoid going after 4 o'clock because the employees clearly do not care about what they serve. They need to be more professional and act like adults instead of careless children. Book a table now

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Was waiting 10 minutes at the speaker for my order to be taken and then was sitting at the window for 20 minutes waiting for our food while workers are too busy talking, eating fries, and throwing food. Ridiculous. Never coming here again. Didn’t see any management either. Get new workers!!!!!!

I went through the drive through yesterday, and waited 10+ minutes behind one car, that was also waiting 5+ minutes (then had to sit past the drive through to wait). When I let them know I placed a mobile order, I was told to come inside. I'm not sure why I bothered. Maybe a nutritionist took over the store and is pushing people to not eat there.

The chef had dropped food on the floor! You would think someone would attempt to clean it up. How can they expect customers to eat in a kitchen that looks like that? They messed up my sandwich, then they forgot to make a strawberry lemonade after I asked three times. How does one forget three times?

I am currently the only person in the drive-thru line and you are asking me to place a mobile order? No thank you, haha. They should just take my order in the drive-thru, isn't that the whole purpose of coming here? Book a table now

This Wendy's is absurdly slow. High quality fast food? Nah, you can expect to wait 30 minutes+ in line, only to find out your food is now cold somehow and they messed up the order anyway
