This Wendy's used to be reliable, but our experience on 9/19/2022 around 5:30 PM was very disappointing. We ordered dinner for four, and all the food was cold and unappealing. The lobby was closed with no explanation or signs posted. They were out of grilled chicken and Frostys. I ordered a baked potato with only butter, but when I got home, it had no butter—just sour cream—and the potato was rotten inside. I tried submitting a complaint online, including a photo of the bad potato, but nothing happened after I hit send. It’s really frustrating to waste money like this, especially with rising prices and declining quality.
This wendys is either horrible at worst or disappointing at best. They constantly get orders wrong. I wouldn't even bother going there but it's the only one close to where we live. What you get in your bag is literally a mystery. And they don't care about any changes either. 80% of the time when I ask for no onions there's still onions on the burger. It's my only request. Today they said they were understaffed and couldn't do drive thru orders. So we went inside where they then told us they were also out of what we wanted. And there wasn't a single customer inside. They're unpleasant and rude. Don't not go here.
The automatic voice at the drive- thru was so nice, I was thrilled, thinking it was going to be a pleasant stop. Wrong! The real voice was clipped and rude. The order was for a number 10. They took our money and gave us our drink and then directed us to wait at the stop sign at the end of the drive. We waited 15 minutes for someone to bring the food out before doing what everyone else was doing... walking in to get your drive- thru food. We could see there were plenty of people working so I'm not sure what the issue was but the food wasn't hot when we got it either. We won't stop here again.
Tried to order drive thru… said they were only taking cash.. when I said “ok” they never responded and wouldn’t speak to me on the intercom. So I drove to the window and there is 3 people just standing around. One guy said “ we are really backed up on online orders, we’re not taking drive thru orders”…. Then why did they have me believe I could order?.. just to then ignore me. I sat in the parking lot for 15 mins after that and watched. No one left with food…. WHAT mobile orders??

They asked to take my order, and then told me they were closing early before I could actually order... And the store was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. Manager tried saying they were short-staffed, but there was absolutely nobody else there ordering. Plus, they might as well put up a CASH ONLY sign, because they don’t take cards most days. It legitimately looks like they had to pay off people for any good ratings too LOL Owners need to do something about this one.
I placed an order through the app, but the store got the sandwich toppings wrong. The manager on duty promptly resolved the issue by checking the received order against my original request. She then prepared the sandwiches exactly as I wanted. I was impressed by her professionalism and wanted to ensure she received proper recognition for representing the company so well.
Food is just okay, the quality of it varies greatly too. Also feels a little too expensive for the quality. Would NOT recommend eating in as the dining area is often dirty, there's no music laying so all you hear is the buzz of the air conditioning and bustle in the kitchen, and the inside has an all around unpleasant vibe.
I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location, so I was worried that my food would be cold and soggy. However, to my surprise, the food I received was of the highest quality. It was delicious, hot, and packaged neatly. I am extremely satisfied and definitely plan on returning to this location in the future.

Fresh were not hot... Made us wait for chicken Nuggets and Frys. I thought they were making fresh frys.. nope. Hard and cold. Not going to this one again.
