I asked four times for a hamburger with no cheese, just onion and mustard. The server repeated my order several times, yet what did they give me? A burger with cheese. I'm already home, and it's frustrating. All I want is for them to get my order right the first time. It's just a hamburger, not rocket science.
The NEW BURGER KING (which are going out of business)They make you go around for your order and then complain when you don't park next to the door to make it easier for them when they're the ones making their life harder by sending you around instead of giving you your food when there is NO ONE behind you! They won’t answer the phone at night time. They will pick it up and just let it sit there, or they won’t answer at all. Sometimes different locations close at different times even though it says they’re open till one. They still close at 12 sometimes. All I wanted to know is what time they close.
I ordered a Dave's Double without tomatoes and with bacon, but they didn’t include the bacon. I was on my lunch break and couldn't make the 2-mile trip back to correct the mistake. Please make sure to pay attention to orders, as that's what I paid for. Book a table now
Been here multiple times. Food has always been correct and fresh for me but the wait time in the drive thru can get long depending on the time of day due to the location.
This is the best Wendy's in the area! It's definitely worth skipping the poorly managed location on Fort St and Outer Drive.
