Two employees that obviously park just outside entrance everyday. I ordered inside brought my order to car and prior to leaving two employees(with headsets on) exit get in one car and start smoking what appears to be Marijuana. Laughed yucked it up with a customer going inside. Close the car door again to continue smoking. I WILL NOT RETURN HER EVER....
Ordered a Dave's Double Combo through DoorDash. The burger was literally a bun with NOTHING in it! Called the restaurant and the manager herself told me that people order burgers all the time with nothing on the bun. I am almost positive NO ONE is going to pay FULL PRICE for a burger with NO BURGER. Unbelievable.
Rudest drive thru workers ever. The lady tried to start a fight with me for no reason. All I wanted was to order a frosty. Disrespectful and rude!
Wendy's in Chester has gotten almost on the same level as McDonald's here. Depends on what shift is working what time you get food from there etc. Book a table now
My husband and I had lunch, there. Food was hot, burgers and fries. We got to sit down and eat in a clean dining area. Staff was friendly.
Chili mostly water, baked potato very small looked like a yesterday potato this was about the worst Wendy's meal ever!
She told us to pull up to the window then when I was at the window she said why did u pull up without ordering
Last 4 visits orders have been incorrectly prepared. This is really getting old. Book a table now
Waited umfor 30 minutes at the drive thru…finally left…an hour later
