I called this morning to order 25 biscuits for some employees, the lady who answered was very nice and said absolutely without hesitation, I called 2 other fast food restaurants before calling Wendy’s, these 2 were opened, 1 never answered their phone, the other lady said they were running behind and to call back in an hour, needless to say I should have thought about Wendy’s to begin with. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I will be back
Was the last car in the drive thru with a line of 3 cars on 12/20. They serviced everyone in lines but me who had been at the end the entire time to the point where the line completely emptied and I still sat at the screen another 5 minutes hoping someone would take my order but I finally got tired of waiting after asking “hello?” And “are they being serious right now?!”, horrible customer service
This is the worst one….I keep giving the a chance and the keep failing! They take one person at a time(they will have u waiting at the speaker till the costumers at the window pulls off before they talk to) and then by the time u get ur food everything is cold…..and I’m paying over $10 for food, no cool at all and they will hold this one star till they get better!
Most of the staff here is nasty as hell! Fire them all!! Please get new staff!! I ordered the pretzel burger and this is what they gave me…?? They didn't tell me they didn't have it and then had an attitude when I asked for a refund..... then told me I had to sit in line for 40 mins for a refund???? Book a table now
Sitting at the drive thru at 10:30 pm 5 cars not moving. What is the issue? If you're short staffed offer more money. Instead of leaving one person to run your drive thru and they are struggling as any one person doing everything would be. Don't ask for people patience. Solve the problem.
The people that work here are so kind. I get a compliment everytime I go through and never know what to say. They are wonderful, and the food is good too. Standard Wendy's food
