Jessica should not work customer service!! More importantly, Wendy’s mobile app is the Worst!!! Home page, tap advertised item, then offer page and the advertised item is NOT listed… I keep going inside store to have it corrected…and they say it’s a corporate issue. WORST APP out there!!
The drive thru Lady named Brittney was the best she made me smile and her smile was from heaven we need more people like her in customer service I just go to see her n feel special now…lol and I love how she has the same name as me
Got to the restaurant a full hour early and was turned away saying they were closed. Nothing again the wage slaves, but if you're open, you're open. Management needs to bump their pay up so business stays flowing. Js.
They don't have good customer service but some do but they young ppl that don't work need to be fired instead of the good worker they gonna run outta business wait and see god don't like ugly Book a table now
Asked the boy behind the counter a question and responded very sarcastically and rudely to me and others and laughing about the situation with the other works very immature
Not enough staff to operate the dining room at night.
Service was very very slow. But we got extra food.
