Like many fast food shops near a major urban center, this location has seen lots of turnover, including managers- so great service can be a hit or miss. Over time, they have increased the speed of processing orders which had been a longstanding issue. Regarding the quality of the product- it has been fairly consistent with typical Wendy's location- slightly better than McDonalds (freshness, heat, taste),
Very bad customer service. They are very slow. They are disrespectful and ghetto. The food be cold. The management is terrible just like their employees. The black manager lady was very unprofessional when I told them they gave me the wrong order in drive-through. She did not apologize or anything and had an attitude about me coming inside to get my order.
One of it not the only fast food places to serve salads still. And even better than that, it's fairly decent. So decent in fact I've eaten 2 after first trying it for lunch. If you're trying to get in shape or eat a little better here and there, you should try there salads .
I'm sure they're short staffed, but the floor was so sticky I accidently stepped out of my shoes several times. Staff seemed nice enough, but after 15 minutes in the drive thru, giving up and going inside, then another 10 in the line inside, we gave up and left. Book a table now
Food was cold and I had to wait a long time to be served. I would imagine that if they took longer than usual the food would be nice and hot, NOT. Food was cold and the burger tasted old like was sitting for a while. Very disappointed in the overall experience.
The rudest staff ever. I believe they would be better off firing every single one and hiring all new people. Made me lose my faith in Wendy's all around.
