This store is poorly managed, and has been for years. Go to any of the other nearly stores (Elyria, Avon, North Olmsted), they do not have the problems that this store has with wrong food, missing food etc. I live in North Ridgeville, so I keep giving this store a chance. This time, I ordered a Sour Cream Chive baked potato. I also specifically ordered 2 butters. I get it, just a dry potato, no sour cream with it, no butters. I'm already home. I have nothing to put on it. I'm looking at this thing, considering whether I can choke down a dry baked potato, or even want to. This is stupid. You have one job. The butter is free, but the sour cream I PAY FOR.
Staff is very nice but this is where it ends. Most of the time the food is old and or cold. Last time i got breakfast here the breakfast potato's had the worst taste. I don't think the grease has been changed in months and it tasted like it. Management at this one has gone down hill since the last one was that actually made a difference was transferred to a worst store.
I was hoping to grab some food and coffee while my car was getting serviced at Conrads. The drive through was open but all doors were locked. Sign says they open at 7:30 AM. It's 9:30 AM. No one at the register to even wave at. Why wait on customers if you can lock the doors I guess...
The young lady who was in charge was very busy but she took very good care of us,she was training and trying to keep up with the drive through but everything was great service. The food was as we ordered and the service was great. Book a table now
Nobody at the counter, had to wait to order, fries were cold and had to be replaced. Store looks dirty. No business for 1230 pm on Sunday tellse this place is not a very good Wendy's
3:00 in the afternoon. Stale fries, dry overcooked burger. Everything lukewarm.They've gone downhill over the last few years. I won't be going back.
Customer service is absolutely awful. If you don’t want to work the drive thru then quit and stop having an attitude when taking peoples orders.
Not happy at all this place is a waist of my money they couldn't even give me a refund for their mistake not happy. Go any where else Book a table now
Dining room says open at 7am. Here at 7:53, it's closed and nobody answers the phone. If you advertise it, open when advertised.
