I was really frustrated during my visit to this restaurant. As we were all waiting in line, a man came in and asked if we were lining up. When we confirmed that we were, he just walked straight to the register, cutting in front of a woman and skipping the entire queue. To my surprise, no one spoke up. We continued to wait in silence, despite the long line. I was the only one vocalizing my frustration from the back. Honestly, I think the person at the register should have intervened and told him he couldn’t jump the line. It was hard to believe that no one protested at all. I can't help but wonder if there were underlying factors at play, but it felt like a clear disregard for fairness.
I ordered a hamburger with only ketchup pickles tomato. I got a hamburger with everything on it but the kitchen sink!! I was still in the parking lot and went back to the drive thru and told them they have me the wrong burger. Got a new hamburger that was correct. This has happened before that is why I didn't live the parking lot until I opened up my burger!
Food was old, cold and dry. Cashier wasn't responsive, and didn't give me the right drink. Wouldn't refund or make it right. I went to get pop from the machine but it was broke. Again, staff was inconsiderate when it was brought up. The burger was cold with what looks like a full 1/4 cup of ketchup on it.
There was no one at the counter to assist customers. The soda machine was out of order, and both ketchup dispensers were not functioning. The tables and chairs were dirty. They need better management, more cleaning, and less leaning around!

The manager asked an employee to leave and then terminated her via text message, which is illegal. Steve, who seems unaware of the law, is about to find out more. My lawyers will be in touch with you shortly, Steve.
This location is awful, and has always been awful. They never get the order right, they have old dry food, the produce is gross. Every year or so I stop, just in case it's improved. As of 2023, still sucks.
Bacon on the sandwich wasn't cooked (pale and limp as a noodle). The unsweetened tea was full of sugar. Couldn't go back to the restaurant as I was late for a meeting. Worst lunch in a long time.
If you can't have the dine in open but can do drive thru, you should close your doors completely. Its a useless restaurant that is clearly underpreforming. Don't bother giving them your business.

Literally all I ordered was chicken nuggets and they forgot my sauce not only once but on two different occasions. Ppl work there are legit dumb as shi or they just don't care at all.
The hamburgers seem to be getting smaller and prices are bigger. I still love me a Wendy's burger, now just have eat it less often there
