Went through the drive thru. Told to pull over and wait. My food never came out. I finally went inside after 15 minutes, and the manager had a sandwich made. But didn't put the potato wedges in. When I asked she said that I only paid for a sandwich, despite having paid for a meal. Was condenscendingly told that she would give me free potatoes. I told her they weren't free since I paid for them. Get to work, late because of this nonsense, and open my sandwich to find it was the wrong sandwich. Don't go here if you want the food you actually paid for.
You already know about this place if you're from Chicago (the wdndj This is a pretty cool Wendy's located right on the corner of an intersection, and if I liked Wendy's food it would be great. Wait time isn't great though. It's not the worst and the service isn't the worst, but the food like every other Wendy's location is absolutely and totally the worst. 2
The staff is friendly, but the food is fast and overpriced. It's quite unhealthy, and I only choice this place for my friend, who has a tendency to overeat and doesn't prioritize healthy nutrition. Wendy's seems to suit her preferences perfectly.
I never have a good experience with fresh food here. I live only 5-10 minutes away, but my meals are always cold by the time I eat them. The fries are consistently soggy and cold as well.

Order four meals and I wes asked what kind of sauces that I would like I said barbecue honey mustard and ranch if you have it while I just get barbecue on all four orders
Staff was great. Best experience for this location was great attitude and all condiments was with my order with have to ask ?. Keep up the good work.
Even though it wasn't busy, they counter staff was slow.. you can tell they are new on the job.. hope things go better for them
