Very ignorant and rude staff. Awfully slow. You think if you go inside you may get faster service than sitting in drive-thru for 20+ minutes to order, NOT! Staff comes up to the front and ignores customers, they continue doing whatever, rolling their eyes, or the even dumber associates who look u straight in the face and say nothing and go back near drive-thru window to stand. There were only three workers behind the counter servicing customers. One manager and two cashiers. Waited approximately 20 minutes to order and there were only two people in front of me. The fries and the Nuggets were cold and it tasted like a salt shaker was dumped on the fries. The lemonade was very tart and tasted like it did not have any sugar in it. Wendy's used to be my go-to until covid hit and then the service and the quality of the food fell apart.
It 's posted hours online say open until 2am, I showed up at 12am, 2 hours before closing and was told they had no more meat. I asked what do you have? Since I 'd already been waiting behind another car 15+ minutes and the lady at the window replied with it 's only two of us , after that, I left. This business clearly doesn 't want your money. And based on the other reviews I just read about the food itself, I 'm glad I went elsewhere. 0 stars.
Possibly the worst Wendy's in the face of the planet. This franchise needs to be revoked from the current owners. It takes in average 30 minutes in the drive thru on a good day. I know it's hard to find staff right now, but plenty of other businesses are operating just fine with skeleton crews. 30+ minute wait for cold food or the wrong order. Jesus Christ.

The app provided a free item with my purchase. It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was a bit worried about scratching my car. I don't feel that the drive-thru area is particularly well-designed. However, the staff was friendly, and the food was quite good.
The food I ordered was fresh and still warm when I got home. There was a bit of a wait since there was only one person at the register, but the cashier was very considerate and refilled my drink while I waited.
