This was our first visit to the restaurant. We had just arrived in Miami and checked into our hotel when we decided to order takeout. We were warmly welcomed by Niurka, who was very kind and entertaining. She truly made our evening special. I loved her enthusiasm while preparing our meal, and her joyful personality was delightful. I highly recommend this place, and it was a pleasure to meet her!
Tried to get food since I was staying at a nearby motel. I don't have a car and they refused to serve through the drive through and the lobby is closed...so because I'm traveling and don't have a vehicle I can't give them my money to get food??? Terrible customer service and policies.
Today I arrived at 6:50am because according to Google maps they open at 6:30am. The lobby was closed and the drive thru was closed. Lobbh was closed and drive thru said they were closed. They dont even have hours of operation at the door.. very frustrating for such a company a big.
wendy will probably be the king on the measure of almost food if you pay more money. the gap when compared with the other competitors such as burger king and mcdonald, there is great amount in money, but not so much in quality. too much fat and taste like artificial meat. Book a table now
The ice was excellent and only cost 50 cents. Sergio and Yuneidys, the managers, provided fantastic service, and the coffee was generous in size. Thank you for the wonderful experience—we truly enjoyed our time there!
The place was empty. The 2 employees behind the counter pretended they didn't see me. I waited for someone to at least acknowledge me being there. Decided to leave when I realized they had no intention to
The worse racism experience lived in this country. The person in charge offended a person for being cuban. I don't know how wendy s permit this kind of things. Very desappoint it.

The fries certainly didn't taste fresh. However, I suppose they might be better than some of the other fast food places in the area.
