We are officially sick of this Wendy's! We went through the drive-thru and the lady giving us our bags and drinks wasn't saying a WORD, just sticking her hand out the window looking the other way. That was awkward. Then we got home and were missing a drink, fries, and a whole combo! Plus, they didn't give dressing for one of the salads. Our family is too big food is too expensive to keep experiencing the same repetitive mistakes with these fast food places. Not going back for a LONG time if ever again.
I entered the restaurant to find no one at the cash register, while three employees in the back were chatting and laughing instead of attending to customers. Eventually, one of them came out, but she was preoccupied with her phone, ignoring the customers waiting at the register. I requested a gift card and was informed that all the gift cards were locked and that the staff had no access to them. It seems like Wendy's has really gone downhill.
I requested some extra toppings on my burgers, but they didn’t show up on the screen. I confirmed with the girl who took my order, and she said she noted it, but I ended up receiving no toppings instead of extra. I then asked for a receipt because it was a business expense, but I was told that none of the machines were working. The manager was quite rude about the whole situation.
Ugh this is like the 4th time I’ve been thru the drive thru ordered 2x biggie bag double stack and asked them to add mayo lettuce tomato onion and bacon paid the extra and nothing on it but pickles and onion this is so irritating I’m all the way home and find out I have been ripped off AGAIN! I call and it just goes to a busy signal I’m so mad I may never eat Wendy’s again

Unfortunately, if you're looking for a quick meal because you're in a rush, this isn't the place for you. I live nearby, and if there are more than four cars in the drive-thru, you can expect to wait around 20 minutes. This has been a consistent issue, so I've learned to avoid it when there are more than a few cars ahead of me. As for the food, I would rate it 4 out of 5.
I've never had a chicken sandwich as dry as I had from this wendy. karton would have been better. they have a serious flight problem and the place is very dirty. the personal avoids the counter, but focuses on the drive thru. No one who works there looks like they want to be there.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through without anyone taking our order. We had to order online while waiting at the store, meanwhile we could see people working inside.
This Wendy's does not allow water cups to in door dining. Also limits the number of napkins.

Just another Wendy's what could you expect. Hell a lot better than the one I worked at
