I hate leaving bad reviews but this location may need some help. I had gone to Wendy’s in Levittown for 20, years, always great, and now I’m in Massapequa. So tonight on my way home around 9:30 PM I was craving chili and went through the drive through here (Seaford). It was $8 and something, and I didn’t receive my change from a $10 but I was so hungry, tired wanted to get home that I didn’t care. There was a line, the person in front of me left, the kid may be a bit slow and that’s fine but, I’m telling you what happened here. Do not go here during busy ours or likely at all. The service is terrible and the waits are often over 30 minutes. No one knows how to manage the place, the employees are not trained how to use the systems sufficiently. They are under staffed and as a result you will be waited an extremely long time for an often incorrect order. Drive through lines will go several cars into sunrise highway. The counter attendant does not even take orders, just stands to the side waiting for the current order to be filled. Management is completely ineffective and incompetent.
Stopped in for a quick bite and picked up a 4 for $4 deal. I got my favorite small burger, a junior bacon cheese burger, with a small side of fries and chicken nuggets with a drink. You can't go wrong with this combo, which is bacon, lettuce, tomato on a small cheese burger with 2 sides. The meal was good and the drive thru service was great. Perhaps, as a future upgrade, Wendy's might consider making the same sandwich with a larger size burger.
2 stars, because at the end of the day wendys is still eating, but the staff of this wendy’s is always so happy and so friendly that they get 5 stars without doubt because never in my life I went to an almost food place where I really feel welcome. they are always polite, smiling (also behind masks) they treat all with respect and are only excellent people

the quality has gone strongly down during the last months burger are edible, but they seem either surface-shaped or overcooked and dry like rubber and special items like the new burgers with tweepers are always worse than the normal burgers either with how they are joined together or how fresh/not dry the burger is.

Ordered the classic chicken sandwich plain as I always do and could tell this is NOT the classic but the cheaper style chicken off the dollar menu! Tasted awful couldn't finish it when I got home. I might have to exam my food before I leave for now on! UNREAL!!
