through the drive-thru and got three $5 biggie bags. they get all the way to the house and there are no chicken bugs in my pocket. I called them to make sure they were to be in there and they said yes, I'm sorry, get all of them there, and they give me three four pieces of chickens that are cold. they would think my time and gas go all the way to home and now all our food is cold, they would have given me a little more than three four pieces of chickens, but no. or give me at least my money back.
slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, and most of the time they are just cash, I'm sorry to disturb them. bad management, lack of guidance, rude staff, cold eating. fry boxing only halfway filled, and with burned frits. lesbians. employees are standing around while a person has filled in. excessively long waiting times. zero feeling of urgency and the customers get through the line. they had many employees on this layer, but only 1 actually moved and work. but a good sweet tee. what a sweat.
Service has gone way down hill. We ordered 2 burgers one plain with ketchup the other with mayo and onion, these deemed to be a much too complicated request for what we received was NOTHING close to what we ordered. Their buns always taste wet and that's just the food. The employees are beyond unwelcoming and don't really care if you get what you're paying for but i don't blame them a good manager would have that place running way better it starts at the top
Wendy's is one of the top fast food places around. I hadn’t eaten there since before the pandemic because the dining room was closed. I sometimes hesitate to drive there if they mess up my order, as it can be too complicated to fix. However, the dining room is now open, and the food was great. Unfortunately, the Diet Coke was not good at all, so I had to pour it out. The restaurant staff was friendly, but the floor was quite sticky.

I went to Exit Borders for a quick lunch and decided to try their number one combo: a double burger with fries and a diet root beer. The service was a bit slow in taking orders, but the food was fresh and hot. The staff were very polite and friendly. Overall, it was the best Wendy's burger I've had in a long time!
Whenever I crave wendys, I debate on coming here because I've had severe issues in the past here. Typically my burgers have been dry, fries have been cold, nuggets are hard, but sometimes it's really good. Not much has been done in the past about wrong orders but I will still give people there credit for trying.

Generally just fine. Longer wait times at Wendy's than other fast food places and not entirely sure why. Maybe they are truly cooking the burgers. Sometimes the buns seem ice cold, making the burgers less appealing. But overall this is just fine.

had had problems with the order sounded in and they forgot to give me my riders and had to direct them to me, but it was decent.
Placed online order was ready when we got there everything was right of what we order they had the bag sealed up nice!
