I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant recently. The manager refused to let me place an order inside because I hadn't used their mobile app. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building, and there was no one inside to help customers. After a long day at work, this was incredibly inconvenient and felt like an unnecessary push to get me to use an app I didn’t want to use. I ordered from Wendy's through Uber Eats, and the delivery driver mentioned that a staff member at the restaurant was rather rude to them. The employee was throwing food into the bag with too much force, which risked damaging it, and was also upset about customers coming in without realizing that Uber orders should be prioritized. The experience made me question the service despite Wendy's menu being quite appealing.
I entered the lobby and was informed that they were only open for online pickup, which was fine. However, when I went to the drive-thru and reached the window, the employee asked what I had ordered. I replied that I wasn't sure and asked them to tell me. The worker was rude and looked at me as if I were the one who had made a mistake with the order. Dave, please consider hiring better staff.
Wendy's sign and Google both indicate they open at 6:30 AM on Thursdays, so I arrived at 7:45 AM expecting to try their menu. After waiting five minutes, I was told they still weren’t open. I was really looking forward to it, so this was quite disappointing.

I always love Wendy's because they consistently go above and beyond. Even when customers have limited funds, they still find a way to accommodate them. We need more fast food restaurants like Wendy's on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro.
My recent visit would have been enjoyable if it hadn't been for some thoughtless drivers in the drive-thru. They permitted one person to collect their order instead of handling the situation appropriately.
