I tried this Wendys 2 times since the one closer to Temple has issues. This one is WORSE. 1st attempt, walked in, Freestyle machine is off, nobody staffed inside. I use the drive thru. Got my food back. Incorrect drink, baked potato looked like it was ran over by a truck. OK fine. About 6 weeks later, I tried again. Ordered on the app. Walked in, Freestyle machine STILL DOWN. My order should of been made, but it wasnt even started. Woman then starts to pour some sort of tea and hands it to me. I asked her if this was mine, she said yes. Except I ordered a Mello Yellow. She says I dont know what that is so this is the closest thing I have . I tell her its from the Freestyle machine. She check...
I can always depend on this Wendy's to get my order wrong, be out of the item I have ordered and to never be sincerely apologetic for either situation. Out of the multiple times I have been here, about 10+, literally they got my order correct once. In fact it took several hours over several weeks to even get a refund for a food order they got completely wrong. If there was a slum lord of franchises, this is it because they always do the bare minimum and attempt to avoid responsibility by wearing you down with long customer service waits, over promises, no delivery and no form of actual customer service oversight.
. My son had a football game. We got back late. I decided to go to the closes Wendy to my home. I just spent $35 for garbage.It never fails, I’m always disappointed. The store and the workers need to be thrown in the city dumb. . Cold brick hard sandwiches, cold fries that been sitting all day and they forget my drink. I have to share mines with my young son.They always forgetting something. Nasty attitude. It’s worth the drive to drive to the suburbs. I will never go to this Wendy ever again. I need my refund on my stuff and they never answer the phone.
eating was fresh and hot. the young lady on the drive-dru window with arm tattoos was completely rude and respectful. she threw her hand out the window for the form of payment. it has not made a gruß, the order confirmed or total. my brother still talked to her when he handed out her card, she said nothing and hit the window. she gave him the bag with the food, said nothing and hit the window again. they should not work in the food industry. very bad experience thanks to this person.

I’m not sure what has changed, as I've never had a great experience here before, but since it's close to home, I ordered a salad tonight. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick, and they got my very specific salad order just right. It was honestly the best salad I've had in a long time, anywhere! The highlight was the extra chicken I ordered (because I love my food), which was super fresh and warm. Great job, team! You really impressed me!
Upon entering, I saw a long line of people waiting, almost spilling out the door. After waiting 15-20 minutes just to speak with a cashier and let them know I was picking up my mobile order, they told me they didn’t have my salad, so I had to wait even longer for a replacement.
Overall, I will never return to this Wendy’s, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be visiting any Wendy’s in the future. This experience was absolutely ridiculous.
The drive-thru line was quite long, but once I got my strawberry frosty, it was absolutely worth the wait. The staff was polite and eager to assist, and I also want to mention that the line moved quickly! Thank you, Wendy's, for the strawberry milkshake. I don't mind that it’s just vanilla frosty with syrup added; it's still worth a brief wait!
The person taking my order yesterday afternoon must have been new. He was slow taking my order. My sandwich seemed somewhat thrown together. The frosty was good. My fries were a little over cooked.Just okay on this visit. Usually they're a little better than this.
