I hate to leave a bad review because I love to eat wendys, but the service here was terrible. originally I ordered in the app, but when I got into the load, they couldn't find my order. then I went in to reorder my food, and they messed up 4 of my burgers. I went back to fix them and while I waited for the coworker to give up my food, to take it halfway a break. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I asked if someone would finish my burger and then I saw how a hired man made my food while eating her own. she has to get some of her eating on her finger because she then cleaned her finger with her mouth and then further touch my food without gloves or wash her hands. when I finally got the fo...
I prefer not to discuss the specific issues I've encountered during my visit, but I can say that the service was satisfactory in getting the food to my table. However, the atmosphere was quite disrupted. Most days, there were only a handful of children working alongside a few adults who were shouting constantly, which negatively impacted the overall experience. I've been to many similar restaurants where the environment is much calmer, allowing for a more enjoyable dining experience. In contrast, my experience here felt chaotic and disorganized. I've visited other locations of the same chain where everything felt much more balanced, and I hope this feedback is helpful.
Lady that takes orders is impolite and handles fries with no gloves. Went there with my husband. Waited 15 minutes (as someone that worked in fastfood that’s a long time considering there wasn’t another car in sight). Got charged an extra drink (frostycino) as well but didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a refund before my 8AM shift. I get that fastfood isn’t a glamorous career, but at least look for people that follow state hygiene standards and that maybe even like working with people!
Slow service the cashier seems afraid to talk to the customer. And I understand because as I was waiting for my food 3 burgers came out and were wrong, same for mine. If you plan to go to this location? Check your order twice! The guy that was ordering as I was waiting for them to correct my order gave specific instructions ONION AND CHEESE THAT ALL ON THE BURGER! they finally got it right on the 3rd burger!!

My wife and I visited the drive-thru, and when we reached the window, we were informed that they only had one potato. When we finally received our food, half of it was incorrect. My wife decided to go inside to address the issues, but the staff was very rude. She asked if they had carrots, and they confirmed they did. If they don't want to properly serve food, they should stop working in this business.
Overall the employee's were nice.! But around 12:30pm the place is extremely packed and the drive thru is ridiculous with cars over packed waiting on there food !. Don't know how they can make service a little more quicker ! . But if your trying to make it back to work before your lunch time is over !! You might want to find another spot to eat ! If your not in any rush then you'll be just fine!.
One of the nicer Wendy's I've been to. The sign is old, but the interior is modern and they keep it nice and clean. All the food was fresh. I think the cashier was still in training, but she was still professional and nice.
The food is excellent, though the service can be lacking at times. The restaurant has a charming old-fashioned vibe, which adds to its appeal. However, it’s not the best choice if you’re in a hurry.

For some reason we've been stopping at Wendy's...this was our third Wendy's (the others closed early due to lack of staff) and were not only happy they were open but they served good fast food!
