The morning shift seems to have an issue taking orders, multiple times I've pulled in and no one is in front or behind me, yet there's no response at the drive thru window. I get that you might not want to take my order or even be busy, but communicate that to your customers. Don't let us sit there like fools wondering if you're actually open or not.If and when you can get them to take your order the food is always great and the employees are pretty friendly... Just wish you'd be more excited to greet customers instead of playing the silent game and hoping they pull out of line.
I visited Wendy's to celebrate National Hamburger Day and enjoy a free cheeseburger promotion. However, I encountered issues when trying to redeem the special offer through their app, which was not working. The manager explained that it was a business problem, but I'm not convinced she shared this information with all customers. Despite this inconvenience, I eventually received my free burger and left satisfied.
We come here a lot, as my picky 3 yr old loves their nuggets and if she'll actually eat something, I'll humor her (plus the apples instead of fries is a selling point). Everyone working here is very friendly, but they literally never have the order 100% right. I've learned to check the bag before leaving!
I recently visited the best Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered a burger and it was the best one I have ever had, I can't even put it into words. The customer service was excellent and the fries were cooked perfectly. Everything was clean and well-organized.

I was happy with the store till I opened my order to find that I was short a spoon. I called the store to speak with the manager, and ,twice, the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I couldn't even complain online.
I eat in this restaurant at least once a week and today's experience was terrible. a hair in one of my burgers and a hair in the fried rustines. I tried to make a complaint and the lead was separated.
By far the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. Tables and floors were sticky, bathroom disgusting. Food cold, asked for fresh and was given cold food again.
Wendy's has the best chili and makes thir taco salad perfect. We live it. I also tried the strawberry salad. It was great!
