I order a chili baked potato and Catherin gave me a bacon cheese potato, I told her it's the wrong order and am allergic to pork, she exchange it and give me a different one, but to my surprise she only take the bacon off the top and add chili, am upset ? and disappointed I could have hurt my self badly because she and who so ever who is back there want to be lazy, I didn't trust it at first so she ask me if everything is ok and I said yes, I should go with my gut feeling. I need my money ? back tomorrow,because the new one was full of bacon in the bottom,horrible service.
Mostly wendy’s is a no-brainer for some decent almost food burger. that was exactly the case when I stopped there when I had to ask that we all have experienced sometime. No, the burger wasn't the problem. the problem were the fries, more like the fries. they were overcooked and dry, with little in the taste department. I was disappointed, but... I ate the half and gave the rest of my dog, and everything was good.
Horrible. I ordered from them again to give them another chance and my baconater fries were cold fries with very little cold shredded cheese (cold also) and cold bacon. The chili was barely room temperature. Very disappointed. Again. It’s like they just threw whatever was left over in the store in a bag. No effort at all. Don’t waste your money at this Wendy’s, at least.
Ordered 2 drinks a burger and a frosty, the frosty was the only item they got right, both of the drinks are different from what i ordered which isn’t a big deal. But how in the name of all things right does it take 30 minutes to get my order wrong.

if they want to humiliate themselves by the workers, they simply go to this place! They will laugh about them while they give them the half of their order! that is what happens when they work teenagers for them without notice!
Usually this situation is quite consistent, but tonight there were haare in two of my sandwiches. I want to give them the advantage that it was not appropriate, but it certainly has left a bad taste in my mouth.
in which usually never wait, but if there is a line, ready to wait. they also forget articles in order from time to time. the position on hempstead turnpike overall is better
Nah im not gonna lie this place fire. That new girl knows everything and the food be mad fresh. If you guys need help make sure the curly hair girl takes your order.

Beware of the Night Shift if you get food thru drive thru. Staff is very ignorant and miserable straight trash. Young miserable teenagers
This place was clean. The morning staff was cheerful and friendly. The ambiance was nice. The food was delicious.
