This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I went on a Wednesday evening, and the staff member who took our order had a bad attitude, even though it was only 7:30 PM. I also found out that they don't accept the Wendy app, which was surprising. The croissant bread was hard, as if it had been sitting out for too long. This place really needs better management or might as well be closed for good, considering the terrible reviews it has received. To add to my disappointment, the fries were bland and some were even undercooked.
This place needs to be closed down. New management, or have the company/corporation Wendy’s put more effort into their restaurants. Inside was sooo hot I felt bad for the employees. Our burger was cold, meat was dry, crispy and as if it had been sitting out for a while. Food was a let down overall.we also waited for such a long time for our food. Doesn’t make sense, since it’s a fast food restaurant.
First off the AC is broken, fix this before opening im suprised the employees havent left its way too hot, so I dont blame my wrong order on the employees but on the owner.. i had a $5 texas biggie bag and a regular biggie bag one with spicy nuggets however they were regular. One of the fries was 3/4 empty and the sauce was wrong. In the end it took 30+ minutes for me to get my order.
I ordered a spicy chicken Asian-style sandwich with pub fries, but what I received was a regular chicken sandwich that was undercooked, along with regular fries instead of what I ordered. I had to wait a long time for my order, and in the end, it was incorrect. While the staff were apologetic, I still left feeling unsatisfied. Food rating: 1/5.

Went in for dine in but was very dirty. Nothing looked safe to touch even the shake machine was bad. The counters floors had not been cleaned. When we tried to order from some guy who didn't look like an employee he said the register wasn't working staff was no where in site. We left and didn't order
Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. We had to wait 20min before we could get our food, finally got it and it seemed a lil under cooked but wasn’t sure, well I now have the stomach bug from the CHICKEN! something told me not to eat it. this is horrible! I will never go back!
Customer Service is very poor and if you go anytime after 9pm be prepared for your food to be Luke warm or cold and usually your order being different from what you asked. Also they don't keep lights on around the building making it look as if they are closed.
Says they're closing at 1:00. I was there at 10:00 and no one got an order. They moved away and saw 2 employees lying over the seats in the dining room and watching their phones. Terrible staff in this place.

Do you have some time to kill? You've come to the right spot. I'm not bothered by the place having a bit of a weed smell, but I can't quite understand why it takes so long to make a few hamburgers.
Had to wait in the drive through for 15 min just to be told there not taking any orders because they’re doing a shift change. Something told me not to stop there.
