Just went through the drive thru and as I’m ordering, saying may I have a the Dave’s triple, the response was “hell no” I said excuse me? Did you just say hell no? I got no response. I repeatedly said hello? And then she came back on the speaker stating “there are people in the background arguing”It did not sound as there was an argument going on. It sounded as if the employee forgot to mute herself because it was clear as day.Literally the WORST service ever. I left that drive thru.
I only gave 3 stars for the food because I did not get what I ordered. I checked the food all was there according to the wrapping. I get home and wrapped in the Bacon King is a chicken sandwich. I ate it. It was ok, but not something I would order on my own. I was looking forward to the bacon cheeseburger and then was disappointed to see chicken.
Single with cheese I just received is freezing cold, and the line was backed up around the building. Little kids working the register had the nerve to laugh while we were paying. The good is disgusting and I can taste the frost on my teeth.

The food was good. The workers are over-worked and can't really pay proper attention to the customers. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but not bad.
employees were socializing instead of working. stood there for 5 min before the girl asked “you got a mobile order or somethin” and walked away. very rude.
The food was cold and uneatable. My guess is the manager doesn’t care and it’s reflected in the staff and poor food. Need a better manager.
Some guy was asking for the name of the female worker who waited on him during the previous week. Some bad language was exchanged. Book a table now
