I've been enjoying Wendy's for many years, and I can honestly say this was the best service I've experienced in a long time. The food was fresh and hot, with the rolls, onions, and everything else tasting great. The seating area was clean and the bathroom was spotless. All the staff and managers were friendly, and Vaughn was especially sweet and pleasant. I don't usually write reviews, but the service at this Wendy's was truly exceptional.
While the drive thru line timelessness has improve, the window customer service has not yet. Still manages to miss items from meals that are paid for. I don't think they care about double checking the order at the second window before they hand it to the cx. Other than that not bad. I would recommend before leaving check your meal. Trusting, but still verify before putting off.
I was pleasantly surprised! I needed a quick meal, so I decided to stop at Wendy's, and it ended up being the best decision of the day! The line moved swiftly, and the drive-thru service was top-notch. My food was delicious—hot, not just warm! I even had to pull over and sit in my car to enjoy my meal. Great job!
Placed a mobile order by 6:29am. It states that the restaurant opens at 6:30am. I go to work by 7am. Waited in line for 12mins, I was the only car and the menu light was off. Called and I informed them I had a mobile order and the person informed me itlooks like it will start at 7am ..... WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!! Book a table now
I had to wait about 15 minutes in a long line, but the food was worth it—it was hot and delicious. My order was accurate, and my meal arrived quickly after I placed the order. I enjoyed a tasty chicken sandwich, and my friend's chicken nuggets were equally impressive—crispy and beautifully presented.
It wasn't bad but it was like confusing because they were saying that they was open on the inside but then they said they wasn't but I guess they finally got it together and the food was not that good I'm sorry could have been a little bit more freshespecially the fries
Haven't had a burger in quite some time. But i choose to get one last night. And the two guys handling the drive- through were very professional and patient. Also my burger and bake potatoe were prepared just like i ordered it. So shout to the cooks.
Never made it out the drive through. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru before 11, with 3 cars in front. Have never seen breakfast take that long. Cars behind me were leaving so I joined them and gave McDonald's my money. Yuk. Book a table now
Although there was a line at the drive through it went fast but iwould have been a better experience and more enjoyable experience if the inside was open.
