I didnt feel like cooking so on my way home from Home Depot, I decided to get everyone Wendy's for dinner. The lined was backed all the way to the entrance of the parking lot but, I decided to wait it out anyway.The line was moving at about 5 to 7 minutes per car and there were about six cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker it took about three minutes for someone to greet me and ask me for my order.After ordering, there were only like three cars in front of me. The first young man at the window greeted me and asked me if I just had a large fry. I told him my correct order and he quickly pulled it up so I could pay. After I paid he walked off to most likely help the kitchen staff.Wh...
I just came home from over 50 dollars to eat for my family and we sit down to eat and I just happen to see my food because that's just how I am and when I look down I see black hair in my pommes I have tried to call the belt line location several times and every time I call it, will it be so easy for Voicemail to don't know when you decide to eat at this place?
This restaurant is good when they cooked their food properly but I recently been getting my burger?s paddies a bit undercooked with pink inside and it looks nasty. Had to waste the burger at home since I order by drive through. Idk if it?s a new thing but it?s not appetizing at all. Pls fix this
These people are rude and it's the same people that have been there for years. You'd think they would wanna clean house. Oh and if you want the deal with the free drink with a breakfast sandwich, don't bother. They will tell you you need a coupon, which doesn't exist. Waste of time

Tonight the line was slow because they were a little shorthanded. I hung in there waiting.... it was worth it! Dave's Double-cheese.... made to order! Fresh and hot! The employee on the window was very apologetic about waiting. She kept it together like a professional.
2 Large orders, but they kept up and on task even with a lot of orders coming thru. Got everything done fast and hot, didn't let it frustrate them. Thank you very much for the quality.
Staff extremely friendly, but when the line in drive thru is full be ready to sit there for a mean minute. 20 to 30 min. Other than that no complaints and they are polite
There was a long wait due to them being short staffed but the staff were all so very nice. The food was hot and fresh. Will definitely return and do recommend!
